Back of House  - Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Perform food prep, portioning, and kitchen setup/cleanup. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen (including dishwashing when needed). Work efficiently under pressure and coordinate with other restaurant staff. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
